You need to look deeper than the obvious.
Consider the service, again nothing is by chance. Each of these coffee shops are notably different in how they interact with clientele.
At what point does the coffee shop market collapse? Surely people can only drink so much (relatively expensive) coffee?
Also a large fits in a regular cup.All overpriced though - it's a treat really, especially as I know that the vending machine type Costa's actually cost 7 pence! Having done the IT support for them some years back.

I do like a flat white now and then.
I've no idea, I get regular anyway as large is too much for me.Thought that was disproved - recall seeing the scandal in 2015... either way, we're being scammed on the price anyway, so wouldn't surprise me if it's true.
fixed, I don't understand the obsession with coffee shops and consuming so much caffeine, then again I did give caffeine up a while ago and it makes such a difference which you just don't realise when drinking tons of it.They all charge highly inflated prices for medicore hot brown liquid.
I gave up drinking a tub of coffee at £3.50 a chuck. I bought a jar of of Carte Noire for £2 from the pound shop, some brown sugar for a quid and coffee mate for £2.50. This lasts at least two weeks.
