Of course he doesn't but the post was on OcUK hence why this place never fails to amaze me with some of the views people on here have, it just amazes me how a console can be labelled 'chav'.

I dont think they really care what us PC users sign or pre-orders we cancel, MW2 on the PC is obviously an after thought, hense them dropping it back 2 weeks to boost console sales, they just get the employees that choose not to go out for lunch to port it across to PC on their dinner hour.
 
The PC version sounds like its going to be identical to the 360 version anyway, going by what they've said, probably no different graphically either.


I'm fed up of console ports

You're probably right, all of the trailers seemed to be of the x360 version so it is quite clear what platform they're focussing on. I'm undecided whether or not to sign the boycott, simply because I really enjoyed the SP campaign on COD4 so I'll probably still purchase MW2, main advantage of getting the PC version has bitten the dust now though :(

I think you're reading too much into what he's said.
He's not saying all, or even a large portion of xbox players are chavs, he simply said that if a chav were to choose between a system on which to play games, they would pick a 360 over a PC, more than likely due to the lower price.

Just a little bemused why you chose to bring Chavs into the discussion.
 
Can I just say that Infinity Ward have said absolutely nothing regarding this. Rob Bowling is the only person that has 'confirmed it' which is weird because, until I started seeing him in MW2 interviews, I thought he was fired. :confused:

Also, this is being ridiculously optimistic, but maybe IW haven't replied yet because they're going to canvas the whole thing in blissful truth... :p

Well, let's look at the facts.
- He just finished a big EU tour to promote MW2 and do media interviews.
- He's in a large portion of the MP trailers which IW has released.
- He's also listed as the moderator on the IW forums.

All the above considered, I'd have to guess he still works for them. :)

Well that's just fine. I would like to see it from the horses mouth so to speak(type). An announcement on their own site. I am 100% certain it is true but would still like to see better proof.
