I have just noticed the information about the petition threads being accidentally deleted on the developers forum. That was 2 threads of 200-300 pages each.

I smell a liar.
 
Wouldn't mind playing this, but I'm not even considering buying unless they bring out Dedicated servers. I take it they still haven't got their finger out of their arse and done a u-turn?
 
The entitlement factor in this thread beggars belief - a company makes a product you're not totally happy with so people talk about wanting them to go bust, or pirating their stuff because it doesn't do one thing right (but it's obviously good enough for SP to warrant pirating it)...?

Erm... no.

People say it is lacking in features so it does not justify the full price. They may be willing to pay less for single player on its own but are not given that option so will pirate it instead.

Not saying its right just saying how it is.

They're not screwing you though. Just because something doesn't have a feature you personally like doesn't entitle you to rip them off. Do you sit through films you have no interest in and know you'll hate before even seeing them and criticise the fact that they exist?

Not having dedicated servers sucks, but arguing that because it doesn't have it you're entitled to pirate it, or that it's somehow "not as bad" is ridiculous.

its not just that simple though - had they said to the pc gamers something along the lines of ''sorry guys - we know your the people that made us millionaires in the first place but we've been unable to add dedicated servers due to technical reasons'' then fair play. but instead they have literally told us to go *#@& ourselves. read the pr statements and recent comments from Kotik. its NOT the way a company should go about doing business and i, like many others who have spent a lot of money on their games in the past, am left with a very bitter taste in our mouths.

Its not worth it mate its like talking to a brick wall, I mean they are calling a game crap that they have not even played. They are fickle.
