Not that I intend to pirate this game, and I'm not supporting piracy in any case, but people seem to look at the issue as far more back and white than it is. There are shades of grey between not wanting to play the game at all and wanting it so bad you'll fork out full price for it.

I would have thought that would be a lot higher. 25 kill streak sounds quite low for a nuke.

Meh, that isn't the case for a lot of people, i've pirated games and never even installed them, never mind played them.

the 360 version is currently setting records for most downloaded game on newsgroup sites.
How does it "serve them right" exactly? The game doesn't have dedicated servers therefore they deserve to be pirated? The game wouldn't have had dedicated servers on the 360 anyway and it would still have been pirated like mad irrespective of anything missing from the game.
Get your head out of your ass please, no company deserves to have their stuff ripped off simply because it doesn't conform to your specific requirements.

I hate myself for thinking this but I'm tempted to just buy it anyway. I want to play it so much and but I am so gutted that the multiplayer won't be just like every other COD

same here, but i wont, not long got OFDR and section 8 just so i dont get bored and want mw2, plus there's l4d2 just around the corner

Serves them right cause they crippled the PC game claiming the piracy as the main cause, "60% pirated servers".
Well they are getting their true dose of piracy now, from their golden goose 360. Yes serves them right for lying and for screwing over PC gamers and server hosts purely out of greed.
I'm not pirating the game nor buying it but some companies deserve to be brought down to earth a bit and IW certainly have gotten too full of themselves.

At this point I would not mind it tbh, better to kill of the game on PC completely.
