Set force feedback to 107% in profiler, anything less and there is a deadzone in all games. It's a known issue with on centre slack on the g27. It's not as prominent in some games such as AC but I still noticed it, unfortunately it's prominent in DR.
You can also set profiles in the profiler. Though the only setting I have different is Degrees of rotation between all the games I play.
I've turned off FFB for now. You realise how much it impedes you when it shouldn't IRL for opposite lock when it's off. It's a shame as the bumps and vibrations are good, but when you quickly need to correct you fight against FFB for no reason. Takes some getting used to the light wheel but I'm much quicker in slides/hairpins etc without it. I'll be turning it back on for sure when they fix it.
