Got your email. Sorry I dont know yet myself. It was only reading this thread myself, I remembered noticing I had received my key and as such have not had a chance to install mines yet.

working fine ere mate, have to say its quite addictive! - I like the fast pace, just my type of game (along with the fact its objective based in stead of just running around shooting each other lol!)

Need to learn the maps - I could clearly out flank the other team

It's not a redeem issue as I managed to download the game. It just cant find my credentials.
