Are these steam keys, if so, none of them worked, they all say invalid.

Tried a few but none seem to work (on steam at least). Presuming these were from when the beta wasn't on steam?

I'll try and convince them to buy the starter pack, I brought it myself even though I had a code as I'm loving the game and £15 is a nice "thanks" to the guys building it.

I do get annoyed with some of the player base, the game heavily relies on teamwork where most don't even bother defending the points, just easy to get a team who aren't stupid and just steamroll your opponent.

This goes into open beta today if all goes to plan. It's a cracking fps that has a load of classes and well designed maps. Definitely worth a go !!

Yeah it's really good fun. I haven't played nearly as much as I'd like to, but what little I did play was great.

Just thought I'd give this a go, but I can't register an account on the Dirty Bomb site or the Nexxon site. Both allow me to validate my email, but when they ask for me to create a password, enter DOB and complete the captcha both sites throw up an error box saying "Unknown Error has occurred".

I just downloaded it through steam and it worked without needing to make an account.

Been very surprised by this so far it's actually fun, not sure how much grinding is needed to unlock stuff yet though.

Kinda grindy to unlock some of the mercs, but I don't think its too bad if you just do the missions. I really enjoy the gameplay though. Been playing for a few months now and again and it never gets old.

Ah right. A bloke at work told me that you need to create an account on the Dirty Bomb site before downloading. Guess I'll just fire up Steam and download it then.

Just gave it a go, the training level anyway. When I want to play an online match though it fails to connect to any quick join games and if I go to the server lobby it just comes up empty and says it's not connecting.

Shame, as it looks like it might be a decent game. Guess I'll wait until it's out of beta.

Tried it last night - same exact experience. Training fine, quick match cycles 5 games with no success then drops me to menu.

The servers have been under a lot of strain since the open beta launched earlier this week. I'd suggest trying it again as it works fine 95 percent of the time.

Loving the game, got around 200 hours so far, its like Wolf ET all over again.

Last time I played it was pretty much proxy spam as she was easily the best merc.

This is really good, all the cards are confusing to hell.

I've only done a few hours now and from what I can tell you can get cards which have 1-3 perks on them from normal equipment crates which you can buy with ingame currency or from drops.

The crates you pay for I think always will have 3 perks on them on the lowest then as you go higher the only difference is you could get a rare character skin.

I wouldn't say its pay to win in regards to equipment, with the characters though I'm not sure I've not played enough to judge that tbh.

Only issue I see is the crates you pay for are just too expensive for what you get bring the price down to £1.50 or less and you would probably get more people impulse buying them right now its just plain greedy.
