Disgusting!!

Why are you shocked? Writing news stories in a deliberately misleading way in order to stir up outrage is hardly unusual.

We know he saw some images and that's all we know. We don't even really know what of, given how broad the scope of the law is. We also know that the report in the paper, like every such report and like the law itself, deliberately misrepresented what he did by redefining looking at a picture to be making that picture.

But the purpose of these things is not to inform people, obviously. It's to reinforce knee-jerk reactions that make people easier to manipulate. No thought, just raving and baying for a lynch mob to kill the witches...

Same idea, different time, different excuse.
 
He hasn't made any pics, they just twisted the law to make it so that viewing images online counts as creating them.

It does not matter if he made/held/downloaded them or what ever
its against the law to have them.

Stop sugar candy coating it...he is a SICK person.
