It's most likely not enough voltage, happens on most factory-oc-ed cards.
Try to lower core & memory frequencies (~200 MHz) and see if it helps.

Won't be cpu voltage, low cpu voltage the system would just bsod.
His issue is gpu voltage, I have had it when overclocking it's a number one sign of GPU voltage not enough.
He might be running a stock card, but the card could also be a pre-overclock version.

Yes mate when gpu boost into 3dmode witch does happen time to time on desktop if card not stable driver will crash.Even on 2d clocks at the desktop, Shankly?
