Ditch my Thermaltake Monster for...

yep it looks a lot better in the flesh, as yewen said its hard to capture the beauty of the case in a photo. I'll see if i can find a couple more pics if anyone is interested.

I think the PC7+ looks horrid in that picture, no offense to your photography skills at all!

Tried taking 40 piccys of one once, none show the case of, the finnish on the aluminium is really something you need to see in person to appreciate it.

No offense taken i wasn't trying to win any competitions with it lol, I took the pic to show my mate it on MSN. I dont think the brushing looks that good on the PC-7 TBH, the front looks fine but the sides and top have a very dull look to them and you can see very fine machine marks running the opposite way to the grain.

Well if it looks that good to me in a poor picture then I would probably love it in the flesh. :D Who wants gaming cases when you can have this :p I'd appreciate some more pics yeah :). (Sorry for this minor thread jacking)

On topic, I'd say get the Lian Li, I certainly will be getting it!

Oh yes if your comparing it to the v1000+ or a higher end Silverstone case then it falls short of the mark, well some of them do.

This is more noticeable on the black cases, but I would not really call it even a minor problem as if you do not know what you are looking at it shoud look normal.

Im intregued by the Lian Li K60 now, I hope it is reasonably priced. :(

A semi-naked bit of PC7+ porn for you in the middle. :) The side window panel is an optional extra.

This is the best shot i have of the brushing on the front, note the stock led isnt blue i changed it to match the rest of my stuff.

A shot of the inside, looks very nice to.

Hmm i think my pics look better than yours tbh :p , i like the silver version as well but i think the black looks better. Does the carbon fiber plastic bit at the top of the front panel not look out of place like it seems to in the pic?.

Mark

Wow the semi-naked picture shows come of the build quality and it looks NICE  and the internals in Mark A's post. Really spacey and very nice looking.

What's the stock colour of the LED?

Green and orange are the stock LED's as far as I can remember. :)

And it does not look out of place, without it there the case looks to bland when silver, its just a wall of a sheet of aluminium without it.

That picture just emphasis it a little. One of the few areas where Lian Li save money on this case, it would cost a bit to have that end done in aluminium, so they chose the plastic option. (It is not carbon fibre as it looks nothing like it, even though Lian Li say it does. :p)

Get a CM Praetorian.

I've had Lian Li's in the past, a V1100, and it was nowhere near as good thermally, or indeed aethetically IMO as the Praetorian.

Nice pics Nix :) , im warming to the silver case now acctually after seeing all these pics. It looks good with that blue fan in there.

It'll be nicer once I get some bezels and rounded IDEs in there. Alas, the bank balance of a student :p

But the PC7+ is student friendly!

Takes a lot of abuse, is cheap and does its job well. :p

Wow, ive found a new way to maket the PC7+, first in a while. :D

Lian Li should supply thumbscrews for the PCI plates mind, one of the few things I think could do with attention. Would only cost a few pence more.

Does not appreciate the finer things in life then, I would dump her on the spot for a comment like that. :D (I wonder why im currently single...)

Again, I say SILVER. :p

SILVER all the way !!!!! :) I love silver detest black cases

Reading this just makes me want to but a PC7+, even though I already have an ATCS Praetorian for my rig now. It just looks so good for such a cheap case.
