Do I need RAID Controller?

You wont need one.
Your motherboard has plenty of sata connections and supports raid 0 data striping.

However it will probably take up a few cpu cycles when the drives are under load , a raid controller will offload the work from the cpus.

It all depends on what you will be using the system for, and how much you wish to spend

I'm after results like this one:

I want the read/write speeds to be consistent. Not sure if motherboard will be able to provide these results...
If it can, then great!
