Have been looking at my diet plan, and I think I need to change my carb/protein around a bit..
I was wondering.. do I NEED to get all my protein from read/white meat, or can I get it from vegetables and oats etc? The reason I ask is that, I have got all my figures correct with my current plan with all my foods layed out.. If I need to get my protein from meats, then I would need to revise my whole plan.
So.. would it be better to get it from meat, or should I follow the 'it's protein.. as long as it comes from somewhere, it should be ok' approach.
