Althought consider buying a better router where you can set up the VPN on the router and everything connected to the router will go through it. Handy for certain items where you cant install the VPN software.

Good timing on that, code didn't last long for the extra discount.

I'm still holding out for a better PSVR deal, in no rush and stock seems to be hampering bundle prices.

I would have been tempted with the far superior Samsung Odyssey+ for £300 if Samsung wasn't doing it for US customers only for BF. Still full price £549 in the uk :(

Henry hoover for the missus for crimbo (I have no idea why she wants one so bad) £99

Various Amazon stocking fillers £30
27" ultrawide monitor £117

That's the last of the crimbo gifts sorted.

If you had a router that supports OpenVPN certificates you could set it up once and have all devices routed across it but I very much doubt the BT Hub supports it. The GUI for Windows/Mac is easy to use though

I ended up getting the Behringer 1202FX.
It wasn't in a sale but the shop owed me £25 so I got it for £38.
I need it to get 2 synths, guitar and mandolin to go to 2x powered Mackie SRM450s.

tv deals were crap unless you were in the market for an OLED

i wanted the XF90 preferably the 65 inch and it didn't move in price in fact i could have gotten a better deal 2 weeks ago from sony direct.

49 inch - £900
55 inch - £1000
65 inch - £1500
75 inch - £2500

made sense to go for the 55 inch so I did. if the 75 inch had come to £2000 I would have went for it. Needed the 65 inch to be less than £1400 for it to be worthwhile. 55 inch it is. which isn't small but I would have liked the 65 inch.

black friday isn't any good unless you want something like an amazon tablet or smart home overpriced bulbs.

no they can't OLED is a far more expensive technology. they also only have 1 factory where they are manufactured. whereas LCD's are produced in hundreds of factories. second OLED factory comes online in circa 2020 so we have a long time to wait before they will become much cheaper
 
TV manufactures take the **** XF90 65 inch was £2400 at launch now it's £1550 6 month later never buy a tv in the first half of the year (unless it's a January sale) you'll get stung by the inflated rrp.

technology 99% of the time gets cheaper with time. it's amazing you don't understand this basic concept.

Pretty sure I saw a flyer for Costco on hukd saying the 65 in is going to be costco online only from 26th for £1360 ish

You say that but

Sony 65AF9 was £3999 on release and about 4 weeks later it everywhere in sales for £3499 and a lot of people are getting it for £3299 and below by price matching
I myself paid £3135 about 3 weeks ago for mine..
