Do you ever get...

Decided to order a new case instead, gonna snag a Lian Li Armorsuit PC-P60. My current case is an antec p182, can't say im happy with the airflow to the psu as the fan does get pretty noticable. That new lian li case though looks to have a ton of airflow, 3x120 front intakes, normal psu position over the top of the mobo instead of underneath.

Not as costly as a second vid card either. :p Think the shakes will subside when i get to snort the box when its delivered. :D

What PSU do you have, cause the top fan on the P60 actually blocks the long variety :(

At least 2 people said this :
"As the other reviewer mentioned, the top 12cm fan will block most higher wattage power supplies"

Thinking of getting the P80 myself, so post back on how you get on.
Would be interested in hearing how easy the drive bays are to work with, and how noisy those fans are on the door (vibration, turbulence etc..)

Thats a pain in the ass if true, my 850 coolermasters a bit longer than the 850 thermaltake i had as well =/

Ive just bought a 24" BenQ FP241 WZ.. (and desk for same) and the CC hasn't recovred from last month's 3870x2..... :( that said, there was a reason behind it... Sky/PS3 and PC output all in one :D lool...

CC says " ouch" ...

Not sure about the case now, the pics to me suggest it would fit (barely) but if it doesnt i dont want to go to the bother of getting it returned.

hmm :(

I *think* I've finally came to my senses after years of throwing money away on needless upgrades which at best boosts performance by a few percent.

Now I'll only upgrade if I know I'm gonna see real benifits, hence why I've not gone quad core yet, or even bought a x2.

What we really need is Nvidia and ATI to hurry up and launch there real next gen cards.

you may be on to somthing here like some kind of upgrade addiction maybe.
Do you feel any sort of anxiety ?
There's a similar kinda thing in Amsterdam, I remember reading about it a few years back.

PS good luck with that itch Gerard, don't worry mate it'll heal in time (although your credit / bank balance may not). :D

What about the P80 :D

That fellow has had to do so many of those videos that I'll bet he's now two reviews short of an asylum.

Watch from 0:16-0:22, there's something about the way the words are coming out that just isn't right. Then that forced, wintry grin, most likely borne out of sheer desperation.

".....no...please not another case".

"yes...you have to do it Rodney...and five more to go after this one...and if you're not done by 6pm....we will stick your nose in This!!

You know the fan that partitions the PSU and lower HDD bay is replaceable right? I actually removed mine because I needed more room for my power cables.

Yup, taking it out imo would make the psu spin up even more, had it out a while back and noise jumped somewhat. Doubt changing the fan would make that much diference really.

Just fired an email to lian li about the top exhaust fan placement, though im expecting a response back in boken jibberish asking me if i would like fries with that. :(
