Do you know anybody who had their car keyed?

Had a spate of it outside my work, 4 cars done. We put up a camera and it turned out to be a old boy who thought we were parking on the pavement even though we were on private land. Police could not do much as even though you could see him doing it you couldn'tactualy see the key/coin touch the metal.
