Jebus christ!! I dont eat the stuff myself but if its maybe £1.50 per 50g at its absolute cheapest(im probably talking trash) then where you get it from is way cheaper. A pound in weight would cost £13.50 going by the prices i just made up

most disgusting thing ive ever tasted and reason i went for it was because it had a high amount of protein but even i couldnt make myself eat that stuff

I actually quite like Jerky, however I find after a short while chewing/eating it my mouth starts to burn, it's not very pleasant IMO and I'm wondering if that's normal. :S

Depends on what spices is in it. Is it the same stuff as the one pictured in my OP ?

I have tried 3 different kinds of beef jerky and all were disgusting. Even my friends dog wouldn't eat it, vile stuff.

I always thought beef jerky was trodden in meat, that was scraped from the bottom of the butchers shoe at the end of the day.
