Do you respond when someone sneezes?

I sometimes say "Na zdravi" or very rarely "bless you" but I don't like the latter much.

Sometimes I say bless you if someone else sneezes. If I sneeze then I say excuse me.

Don't respond when someone sneezes, but when a certain collegue sneezes, its usually one of those loud explosive sneezes that makes you jump

Usually "bless you" the first time. I'm not religious, it's just courteous. They might get "and again" the second time and I'll usually leave it after that.

I never say anything and when people bless me i tell them that i am not religious.

I normally say "Christ what's wrong with you, cover up your bloody nose and mouth, you're disgusting".

However, if they cover up I say bless you, once.

Yes, I say "Bless you" because it's polite, I'm a gentleman and it's how I was brought up.

Or worse, they sneeze into their hands/tissue/handkerchief which then spreads bacteria and viruses throughout the entire building.
