Don't get much chance to, and used to hate it, but sometimes I'll drop off for 10 minutes late on a Sunday afternoon, and wake up feeling superb. And hungry again.
I never nap, as any more than 20 minutes and its not good for you, so the scientist say! The only time I nap is when I am with my boyfriend and we snuggle up on the bed, usually during winter, during the day. Apart from that, never, I just go to bed earlier if I am tired
