Does anyone else do this?

As a man with a young son, I always move for kids/prams/mothers.
As a kind person I always move for old people and ladies.
As I feel confident going along the road so I normally dont worry about it and just go on-road. The only people I dont move for are Chavs, any loss of one of those benefits mankind.

On a related topic, we went to a country fair the other day with my son in his pram. It had only a very thin path. It is suprising how many people would rather walk through stinging nettles rather than go on the road or tut as you as you walk past. I had to walk 200m on the road with a pram because the couples walking towards me wouldnt get off the bloomin path. Lazy/uncaring layabouts!

Have you ever considered hitting the pram against their lower legs?

My girlfriend got so sick of other people that in the end she just rammed the buggy against their legs if they did not move out of the way a bit.

I always allow the woman to take the inside of the pavement while I'll walk on the side closer to the road, or step into the road, whatever is required. It's an antiquated way of doing things but I still think it's the right thing to do, just like holding the door open for someone else.

I keep my dog on the inside & any Doris or kid, Although I try to avoid kids as i am allergic.

You're not in america, fullstop.

o.O, that's a petty quote to pick out just to plant some banter, you may as well of not bothered and kept the rest of your post and since when did the word 'period' relate to just America? Considering it's in the english language.

Oh, and couples that won't break their hand-holding to walk single file past someone walking the other side.. wtf? Is their hand-bond really that important?

The only thing I ever consider when walking pavements is single women late at night (oi, behave). If I see one approaching ahead, I'll cross the road and walk on the other side in the chance that she might feel threatened by my presence. The rest of times I'm pretty much oblivious to what goes on around me.

Hate that, when you spend too long walking behind a woman and think "ahh man she think's i'm gonna mug her or worse"
