No not really, if people want to take supplements then that's cool. I just don't want to get reliant on any.

I'm about to give creatine a try actually. It just arrived at work. All going well I'm gonna see what a month on it is like. Not intending to do it for much longer term than that - just interested in doing the experiment.

Erm... given that results for creatine tend to show up after six to eight weeks, I suspect you won't notice very much, I'm afraid.
