What an insight. Anything else?A dog isn't a rational thinking being, it acts through instinct that no amount of training can remove so to speak

I'd expect an animal that can kill to be banned like every other animal is that has that ability. It's also understanding that animals (not just dogs, by the way) won't always understand what this small, screaming, flailing creature is, and that its behaviour isn't a threat, especially dogs with a high prey drive like Jack Russells.
Or do you somehow expect animals to have the same level of comprehension as you?
And I wouldn't be surprised if you regularly took dog ****, although you'd not be the first to do that..I wouldn't be surprised if you did start throwing your kid around just for crying, although you'd not be the first to do that...
Beats me, probably because they believe their little bundle of fur is fully trained and little Fido certainly wouldn't do that, he's such a gentle caring creature around little Timmy. So is a child.
Heck, many humans aren't rational thinkers as, with ^this knowledge, why would any parent leave their kid and their dog together unattended...?
Let's have some big cats unbanned, after all it's just the humans that own them and train them there are responsible for them tearing someone's face off.Furthermore, in light of this stupidity, many studies have asserted that the majority of dog attacks and kills were both predictable and preventable. So again, we're back to humans being primarily at fault.
Horses? Cows? Pigs? Snakes?I'd expect an animal that can kill to be banned like every other animal is that has that ability.
You need a license for a snake, and I believe any old tom, dick or harry cannot just own horse/cows or pigs eitherHorses? Cows? Pigs? Snakes?
Wrong - Only certain snakes need a license and you can certainly buy ones that can kill without needing a license. You need a license for a snake,
Wrongand I believe any old tom, dick or harry cannot just own horse/cows or pigs either
Really?I'd expect an animal that can kill to be banned like every other animal is that has that ability.
Sorry, the genius sentiment and stunning nuance is not really effective with the asterisks - Can you re-phrase?And I wouldn't be surprised if you regularly took dog ****, although you'd not be the first to do that.
In other words, they're not rational thinkers, so why do you expect the same of a dog?Beats me, probably because they believe their little bundle of fur is fully trained and little Fido certainly wouldn't do that, he's such a gentle caring creature around little Timmy.
Certainly. No problem.Let's have some big cats unbanned, after all it's just the humans that own them and train them there are responsible for them tearing someone's face off.
Anyone can own a horse. Licences are for commercial use only. You need a license for a snake, and I believe any old tom, dick or harry cannot just own horse/cows or pigs either
Horses? Cows? Pigs? Snakes?
Yes, sorry I should have added the disclaimer of venomous, but I believe certain constrictors also require permits.Wrong - Only certain snakes need a license and you can certainly buy ones that can kill without needing a license.
Yeah, I wonder how long Fred in his flat would be able to keep a pet cow forWrong
How many of those things do you regularly see mooching around the streets or in people's homes? How many children are killed by them each year?
Dunno about cows... Pigs, on the other hand: https://vcahospitals.com/know-your-pet/housing-and-enironment-for-your-mini-pigYeah, I wonder how long Fred in his flat would be able to keep a pet cow forPoint being you'll require land to keep any of those 3 as pets, unless you fancy a visit from the RSPCA and end up being done for animal cruelty
Think ya link is broken as there isn't any information about housing a mini pig when I click itDunno about cows... Pigs, on the other hand: https://vcahospitals.com/know-your-pet/housing-and-enironment-for-your-mini-pig
The follow-on 'related' videos are even worse. There's a woman with what looks like an adult German Shepherd cornered in the kitchen, and she's just absolutely smashing the **** out of it with something.https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/ar...-punching-puppy-head-throwing-dog-street.html
Apologies for daily mail link, just linking what I was shown.
Want me to C&P into a PM for you?Think ya link is broken as there isn't any information about housing a mini pig when I click it![]()
Oh, apparently you still need a license for a mini pig thoughThe follow-on 'related' videos are even worse. There's a woman with what looks like an adult German Shepherd cornered in the kitchen, and she's just absolutely smashing the **** out of it with something.
It just cowers and tries to run away, while screaming in pain.

Shouldn't have mobile phones anyway. Dangerous things, they are. They cause road crashes, you know....
Hey, I wonder, does something need to be done....?
You'll need one to move livestock, which applies if you want to take it out for a walk... But I am not aware of anything required if you just want to own one.Oh, apparently you still need a license for a mini pig though
Nah, guy was a farm worker, not a child or member of the public simply minding their own business - Doesn't count.... unless it was a Status Cow, specifically bred to look good and enhance the owner's credibility amongst his peers?BAN COWS!
Maybe. This wee boy went to the bathroom then back into bed forgetting close the door. The result? It's not that hard to understand, all animals have tolerance levels (including humans) and these vary (swing wildly would be more appropriate, based on my wifes' mood from day to day)
Ever been woken abruptly from sleep? dazed, confused, wondering what the **** is going on? doesn't just happen to us. Don't leave your kids alone with animals, it's for the safety of the kids AND the animals.
