Does something need to be done about dogs?

It's a completely disingenuous argument that only considers the negative. You could apply that to all sorts of things using your logic.

Well I am applying my logic to dogs. I do not care if you feel it's disingenuous. The facts remain, people are dying on a weekly basis, they do smell, they do poop everywhere and they are dangerous no matter what the breed. Only one thing for it.....ban all dogs!!! We do not need them for society to run, we do not need them for life to keep on going, they are nothing but pests that must be eliminated.

The vast majority of dogs do not pose a danger to society.

Dogs give so many so much that you can't calculate or put a monetary value on.

If we banned everything anyone objected to wed have nothing.

If you're not a troll, why would you take issue with someone simply posting 'Ban all trolls!!!'? You wouldn't, if anything you'd support that suggestion, but you slipped up and got upset with the post because you know that's what you are doing really.

It's a discussion forum, if you want people to ignore your opinions why bother posting them?

Dog attacks are on the rise and unless you have been living under a rock then you should know that it's a weekly thing. I am sick and tired of seeing it in the news. I can guarantee if any of you had a family member or friend killed by a dog your opinions would change in a second, don't come in hear defending pet dogs unless you really understand the heart ache and terror dogs can place on a person.

I admit (as I did back long ago in this thread) that banning all dogs probably won't ever happen but as of now not enough is being done, no where near.
