Delivery letter post and delivery parcel post as normal. Work shy Rubbish Refuse Collectorers however saw a snow flake and decided it was impossible to do their jobs.

Everyone else on the street managed to get to work.

Edit: can't refer to snow flakes in a thread about snow.

Exactly the same experience today! Postie delivery my parcels and letters, no problem; however the overflowing general household waste bins were apparently too much effort to empty.

Postmen and buses seem to run no matter what. Unlike the trains which stop when the first snow flake falls.

Schools are jumping on that bandwaggon too now, we had 0.25" of snow around here and schools shut due to snow lol
