Don't ever play rugby with a Samoan

All of this for a dislocated finger :/ ? (unless I read it wrong) come back when you have a real hand injury!

Bet you were put under for that though, and they didn't try (and fail) to fix it without painkiller either.

first time I just had a local anesthetic, and they tried to reset and sent me home despite 3 breaks! I had to return less then 6 hours later because it had just gone back to being broken again and this time trapped my carpal tunnel, so had to have a carpal tunnel release, wasnt pleasant, got 11 screws and a plate now! I was only messing and not trying to say you were a wimp :p

Oh I wasn't either. My mum had a very nasty wrist injury after a fall down the stairs. 13 breaks I think it came out at. I would choose the huge pain and struggle to fix it all at once over formal surgery and the period afterwards every time.

It still hurts now, but dislocating my knee was less pain than having to have my finger reset (as my knee slid back in on it's own).

Good for you. My second major knee cap dislocation stubbornly refused to go back in. One fun ambulance ride later, a bed queue, a shot of morphin that did nothing to ease the pain and three failed attempts to manually relocate it by the A&E staff, they finally gave me the knock out drug.

My wife tells me i laughed maniacally like a son of a **** when it clicked back in from sheer drugged up relief.
