Don't remember how to do it

Go to whatismyipaddress.com and check to see if your IP has changed, I should be able to ping your external IP, i.e 81.96.67.248 but I get request timed out, you may have what's called a sticky IP or a full dynamic IP which changes each time you connect, just make sure you have written down exact what it says at whatismyipaddress.com.

OK, looks like Apache is running correctly now.
The folder you have called "www.ronuk.org" is not right. It'll be in another folder called "www" or something. You need to move all the files out of the "ww.ronuk.org folder and put them in the "www" folder.

i thought youd say that, so ill have delete all together KAS & MALWARE and try that then. See you later thanks very much for your patients. i do appreciate it.
what is the ext IP is it the 192 or 81?

First, check that your pc is still on the same address on your network where you set up the port forwarding (192.168.0.9):
-Click the network icon in your bottom-right taskbar (either a wireless icon or a ethernet icon) to bring up the network sidebar
-Click "View connection settings" at the top of that sidebar
-Click on the active network (either ethernet or wifi)
-Check that the IPv4 address is 192.168.0.9

Well there is something blocking somewhere, either Windows firewall, KAS, or a router setting. You could try disabling all firewalls, also go into you router settings and see if it allows to be pinged.

Ive deleted win 7 firewall rebooted, still no diffrence Kas delete rebooted still no diffrence, malwarebyte deleted rebooted still no diffrence
It says "The connection has timed out"
ive got KAS. installed again now, but not MALWAREBYTES or WINDOWS 7 FIREWALL

The port forwarding on your router is set to forward the traffic to that address (192.168.0.9). You should make sure that the computer with your website on it is using that address otherwise that would be why it's not working.

Could try remote assistance to check your router settings. I should be able to ping 81.96.67.248 unless ping is disabled in your router. What router is it and do you have any other hardware connected to the network side. Log onto your router, I guess it will be http://192.168.0.1 but if not open cmd prompt and type ipconfig and use the default gateway IP, like 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 etc. When in router settings look for a setting that says ping and see if it's disabled. Also take a screenshot of the port forwarding settings in your router config.
