Causing an obstruction is still an offense regardless of road markings. In a sane world the driver should also be for the high jump for driving without due care and attention. But I doubt that would happen.

Wouldn't mind that motor. There's another potential douchebag who very occasionally parks a decidedly average people carrier straddling two bays. Because it's decidedly average, I think it might not be to protect the paintwork, but possibly to permit access to someone less able to get in/out of the car. So I've not done anything about that one.

So I've not done anything about that one.

You'd be surprised how precious people get about their decidedly average people carriers... I used to drive past one with a "custom body kit" on the way to work - it looked like a piece of ****, but someone had clearly spent some money and effort on it (they just didn't have the skill to match ).

There's also someone round here with an obnoxiously loud dump valve fitted to their Zafira
