Many of these girls have only-fans accounts that you can to pay for sexual content. Similarly to lootboxes which are a gateaway to gambling and a danger for young boys these e-thots are a gateway to paying for sexual content and later on strippers, prostitutes etc. Twitchtv protects them at all costs as they bring in tons of cash. It is a huge issue and I wouldn't want my sons, nephews etc. being exposed to these predators.

I dont use twitch, like at all. I just went on there and had a look at the live channels feed and the very first female streamer featured does videos of own body painting... I'm not at all suggesting that's a fair representation of the wider demographic but.. I had to chuckle
A girl with an only-fans is a sex worker and under no circumstances should be allowed into a platform that is popular among minors. Same way they can't get jobs in schools and other institutions.

hmm. Not sure you're on the ball with that one.
If you want your children to grow up and be able to socialise normally I would advise against letting them watch most twitch channels, whether the streamer is Male, Female, non-binary or whatever fits.
The language (I don't mean swearing), chat spam, screeching and general behaviour on most channels must look completely alien to anyone who's lived a normal social life.
It's hard to control once they get wrapped up in that world and with most of the popular streamers doing hours every single day, the viewers can end up losing a whole lot of their own lives to the platform.

Back in my youth we had to get a hold of a Mayfair or Fiesta magazine and go down to the woods to all gawp at the women. Young males today dont know how lucky they have it to have it so readily available !

Yes its an extreme example but thats how bad things can get. Many twitchgirls are former camgirls, went on to become camgirls or are going back and forth between the two. They also enjoy ban protections that no normal streamer could dream of.
