Draggin Jeans - Any good?

Aye, what I meant was that I won't be thundering down the outside lane of the motorway north of 70mph.

I ordered some last night so will post up thoughts & impressions when they arrive.

The most difficult thing I found is finding a pair that don't look horribly dated! The Hornee claim to be almost 300% stronger than other kevlar jeans on the market and from the images on their site don't give the impression the fashion police will be on my tail.

Interesting to see what you make of them..I'm after a pair

I've a feeling that I may need the next size up due to the size of my legs, as I do a lot of squatting and have trouble with regular trousers as it is. I need double pleats on the front of my work trousers!

My mums a seamstress so could take the waist in providing her needles can punch through kevlar

Edit: They'll be here tomorrow :)

Kevlar found in motorcycle gear is a loose weave type that stops abrasion not puncture so your mam's needles will be alright.

Awesome stuff.

How come the a previous poster mentioned that ambulance crews don't carry shears. I guess cutting in a scissor like manner, is similar to abrasion?

Did you end up getting them on eBay? I've got a couple of pairs now and really like them. They seem to have larger areas of kevlar/aramid than my last Hood jeans did.

They seem cheap over the competitors...They don't look as good as the Hornee imo.

I like the dark blue Hood's they look modern and not like "Dad" jeans :p
