Dragon Age Inquisition Performance Benchmarks

I am going to put my hands up here as it seems GameGpu used the in game bench which fooled me with it being so short. Any how i stand by what i have said about the site overall. They should have used Mantle for AMD which from looking around gives a decent boost. The gtx980 might still have won but so it should in every game.

You always said GameGPU's results were wrong when Nvidia lost.

Now the results are only valid when Nvidia are in front, sounds like your saying GameGPU's results are only correct when Nvidia top their graphs.

Do stop whining. I have posted the results that GameGPU posted and they have been the source for many titles over the last year and I have used them on many occasions, as have other members. They give members the chance to see what frames they can get with a GTX 660, all the way up to a 980, so regardless of you disagreeing (as I did in the past and was wrong to), they are results and they are as valid as any of the others posted.

Just game frame results, not worth getting all chewed up about.

Fair one and maybe Mantle wasn't working from the off or when they tested? My Russian isn't so good but Kudos for being honest :)

Gamegpu testing is well and truly messed up... I only found out by watching there fc4 test..
If you think couple seconds is enough then.

I guess they do this on every bench test?

Double standards observation isn't whining:p, never disagreed with any results either.;)

Has anyone played this game yet ?

So far played only like 6 hours. Game is better than DA2 was, but a bit worse than Origins. Quality rpg anyway. Combat is good, and once you get used to movements, it's great. Tactical camara is....well it is what it is.

So far I would give the game 8 points from 10, which isn't final as I have barely only touched the game in that time.

That ingame benchmark isn't really the best becnhmark visually what we've used seeing in games, but atleast it's constant.

Thanks I may spend a lot of time on this then as I am a big fan of the Baldur's gate games.

I may even run the benchmark once or twice.

If you call 2fps getting bottom smacked then I hate to see what 10fps would do.

Scary. ;)

Well taking your resolution of 1080P into account, that is a massive 7 fps, so slightly more than 2 fps. It is 2 fps at 3840x2160, which isn't really representative for the majority of gamers and neither the higher framed 980 has enough frames to be even close to playable (20 on the 980 Vs 18 on 290X) at the UHD resolution.

290X higher min fps than a super clocked 980 gets on max using Mantle.

Stunning:cool:

GameGPU benched this and the 290X is getting its bottom smacked from the 980, even at 4K :)

This is going to be a laugh as I own EVGA SC 980s and 290Xs so we will find out truth.:D

Aww bless, nvidia was top of a benchmark and there's an outcry, now we have a cherry picked benchmark with amd on top and it's all right on OCUK again.
