Stupid question, if I get a steam key, will it load through steam. I hate having to load Origin for games as I use controller and the steam tv launcher to browse my games with a pad.

I have a paid for VPN which gives me a range of servers to choose from, so I can't recommend you a decent free one. I'm sure someone here can, though.

I use https://www.privateinternetaccess.com. They have masses of bandwidth on all their tunnels so easily max out my 100mb connection when downloading stuff. I pay for a year as I use it for a variety of things, but the monthly costs aren't bad either.

I use Cyberghost. It cost me about £13 for the year (RRP is silly) - from HotUKdeals. I can use this on my PC and phone. I don't max out my Sky Fibre using the VPN until all the Euro's have gone to bed.

You don't need to download through VPN, simply activate it on the Mexican/American VPN, once activated against your account. Then turn VPN off and download as normal.

I doubt it, though you will miss a lot of stuff. Most of the characters in the game were in the previous ones. You should definitely play Origins as it is imo one of the best RPGs ever made, but steer clear of 2, it is in every way a poor game.

Flyvpn works fine for this kind of thing. Used to it to unlock Borderlands early.
