They do have the tactical view and pausing during combat on the consoles. But there was a statement where the devs said that the pc version is superior in some way (can't remember how either).
Wasn't there another difference as well like no pausing during combat or that tactical view on consoles. I cant remember now, but I remember thinking that's quite a big deal.

Same here but for the standard version. Showing as being pre-loadable on 14th
Eh?...mine says 17th. The first release date is 18th.
14th in the USA for pre-loading, 17th in the UK.
