They do have the tactical view and pausing during combat on the consoles. But there was a statement where the devs said that the pc version is superior in some way (can't remember how either).

Second video down, 37mins in he talks about how you can remap the keys and pause without being in tactical mode (?) but it's not too clear to me what he means being exclusive to PC.

But you need to guarantee having a key by then, and by my reckoning the only way to do that is by ordering from origin?... I really want to start playing in the 18th, but I'm not paying origin prices!

I have it on Origin. The digital deluxe version, £29 from the Mexican Origin store.
