You don't need to download through VPN, simply activate it on the Mexican/American VPN, once activated against your account. Then turn VPN off and download as normal.

Easiest way to preload is download tunnelbear, a very simple and clean vpn. Connect to USA, load up origin and then disconnect VPN and preload like normal.

Speed will plummet.
Wait a few minutes.
Speed will rise to your internet max.

If you say so, Not getting into a petty argument about a game. Regardless, IMO 1 was amazing (not the best RPG ever but VERY good), 2 was good as a game.

I also enjoyed 2, combat was fun.

If you take away the Dragon Age IP from DA2 you're left with a pretty decent RPG, albeit with extremely repetitive areas. Considering how fast it's dev cycle was it's actually a good game. If it wasn't a Dragon Age game it wouldn't get nearly as much hate as it does now. Hence, as he says, it's a decent game in it's own right.
