Completely fair, what else was bundled with it? fine or ban?
I don't think they give out fines along with a prison sentence, could be wrong though, she did get a complete deserved 3 year ban though.

Oh she was WAY over, 5 times at least, the magistrate said it was the highest level they'd ever seen.
Oh . Disgraceful.
shame it wasnt moreA while back I posted about my sister being nabbed for drink driving with her child in the car. Her court case was yesterday and the magistrate sentenced her to 6 weeks in prison.

Without reading through the other thread, what grounds do you have to base this on?
And you still don't think it was the right decision by the beak?
Think yourself lucky that 6 weeks is all she got.
She could have killed herself, the kid or some other innocent 3rd party.
Frankly, I think she got off lightly.

What was the alcohol reading?
Addiction to what?Prior to realising that she can actually get help with her addiction inside
I think the sentence was unfair in respect of her mental condition and addiction, not unfair in general.
shame it wasnt more
....For this, she should have been locked for longer...
...Double the sentence would have been fairer.
Look on the bright side. She was lucky she didn't kill someone/herself/the child
Six weeks in prision is the max.
