it's around 3/4 of a pint but i like 2 tea bags in there for 5 mins with a shedload of sugar, then don't be shy when adding the milk. Yet say i'm just sat chilling in the garden having a read I equally enjoy a strong, unsugared and very very lightly milked tea.iCraig said:"Put the tap on, I fancy a cuppa." poof tbh.Old Wino said:Milk is for babies + some research in Germany earlier this year showed milk in tea blocks it's natural benefits. This could explain why we've got one of the worse records for heart disease in europe despite being a nation of tea drinkers.
Regular tea is just stained black water, designed to be 'tamed' by milk and too harsh on its own for my taste. 'Clarity' by Pukka (sold in Tescos) is my fave ATM.
Oh and those fruit teas are just plain wrong.....
This, depending on the coffee naturally.Tea and coffee are supposed to be drank without milk. People who put milk in either are losers.
