There is no recommended, there is a min and max, and mine are somewhere in the middle.
Assuming your car's in sig, get some winter tyres. Also remember to spend a bit longer warming your car up in the mornings.

Try left foot breaking for some lulz.
this is what i've been waiting for, only past my test in november and just want to go play in an empty icy car park.
Eg. dont pull out quickly in small gaps like usually, brake well in advance and extra slow through corners. Corners I usually take in 4th or 3rd now in 3rd or 2nd... Keep to the ''advised'' speeds ( them blue signs, which aren't limits but recommended speeds) on corners on the motorway for a change too...
I don't know, I usually tend to ignore them in most places, in some they make sence ( they usually place them here AFTER some accidents, there's one for 70km/h one of the inner 270 deg corners on a cloverleaf interchange here near me, but on that corner it's pretty much impossible to go at the 100kph limit though it ( with a non sports car anyways), and you can see many dents in the armco from cars who went too fast ), in others they can be totally ignored, I assume it's something recommended for the poorest handing ''normal'' car in bad conditions such as rain or whatever.I never understood them. Who are they aimed at? What weather conditions? Clearly a corner a 911 might be able to get round at 70 probably isn't a corner an HGV will be able to get round at 40.

Maximum pressure?
Inflate the tyres to the recommended pressure as per the user manual of the car.
