Yes it does stream live, it would be bloody awful otherwise.

pretty much a guided missile just stick an explosive in the nose cone

you can also get model rockets, why would terrorists suddenly start using drones?

I think something happened once where sombody was using a drone in the states to record live video of NFL games. And they were then selling this video which is the equivalent really of their pay for cable service. And then turned out that there were no laws against the drone flying as it want actually in the stadium, just got them for licencing laws with the video recording.

I managed to get a refurbished ar drone 2 a while ago online, which is worth a look.

Just hope that drones in general over time won't become harder to buy with restrictions and laws for airspace said above :/
