I'm reading various things on twitter that suggest that they have doubled their referral bonus from 250Mb to 500. It must have been backdated for all my referrals so far. Nice!

I just got a notification from the systray saying good news - space increased. It didn't give any explanation though. I needed 1 more referral to get my 8Gb, now I only need 2 to get my full 16Gb extra.

I'm on 13.2 GB with a basic free account. There are ways to get this relatively easy, you just have to know where to look online for loopholes. Camera upload has a loophole where you can create a /DCIM folder on a USB key, fill that with 2.5GB, then start the upload, pause and delete all files, no need to upload all the files. Referrals can be easily done in Virtualbox and a Ubuntu image. Took me about a whole morning to sort it all out (especially the referrals are time-consuming) but it was worth it for me.

Exploiting the invite system like this is pretty shameful. It's a good service, why not actually invite people to it?
