Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves

As he gets older Chris Pine is looking disturbingly like Pierce Brosnan - from a quick Google I see I'm not the only one to notice. Also disturbing he is close to my age and last few years has gone from looking 10 years younger than me to 20 years older :s

Watched this today and absolutely loved it. It was an advanced screening so was pleasantly surprised just how entertaining it was. Lots and lots of references and Easter eggs to the games and books.

Really enjoyable pop corn flick, light hearted and fun.

Was just thinking the same today. He was wearing high waisted trousers in an interview , reminded me of my granda when he was in his 60s.

I hope this opens up to more potential movies of stories from Wizards of the Coast. We all want Drizzt and stories of the Underdark come to the big screen.

well got it book for Friday afternoon. i remember when the first Dungun & dragons (2000) came out and they said it would become a franchise, which it didn't sure there were two sequel movies but they wasn't exactly true sequels

It's a decent enough take brain out action adventure flick with a few jokes that land, with a plot that you can guess all the way through especially the end but with the pacing being decent it doesn't get boring.

Didn't know this myself but there is a post credit screen.

The corpse they resurrected in the movie is still waiting for someone to ask him the last question so he can finally rest.

Thought it was great throughout. Some funny scenes, great action and actually a surprisingly enjoyable story. Lots of cool nods to dnd fans and the Speak with Dead scene is the most dnd of dnd scenes.

8/10 was scared it would be awful but ..

I thought it was completely fine and decent I had a few good laughs too.
Hugh Grant was great as was Chris Pine's one liner comebacks.
one of the parties of adventures in the maze arena was actually the characters from the 80s DND cartoon posted above
I just saw JW4 too and tbh i thought this was a much better overall film.
Yeah I liked it, wholesome family message too which has been oddly missing from a lot of films for a while...
