Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves

Its a 12A movies so I'm surprised at the young age of some of the kids being brought to it.

I always thought 12A suggest its suitable for anyone over the age of 12 and above. Unfortunately as we all know it also includes supervision of children at any age as long as they are accompanied by an adult. I do agree certain films its bewildering why parents would bring really young children/toddlers into a movie. I dont mind them as long as they keep quiet and to themselves but in some cases they often end up crying or causing some kind of commotion.

Saying that i watched The Pope's Exorcist couple of weekend ago and there a group of 8 lads which a few was high as a kite and most were drunk. They caused so much disruption with their phones, talking and outbursts throughout the movie that i have not seen in a long time. One of the cons unfortunately of going to the cinema. :(

I'm just saying criticism of a movie because it's too old/young while ignoring the age guide is bit baffling.

It's a family movie. It is what it is.

Nothing worse than idiots in the movie theater and the same goes for children that cant behave or just a PITA (Unless it really is a kids movie then popcorn fights are fair game) But the little one can sit through a movie and only has to be told to stop fidgeting once about one hr in currently :)

Still its a great fun movie, Hugh Grant is getting some good roles lately plays a good baddie.

4 of us went and thought it was awful. Dull, cliché and childish would be my summation. Really couldn't stand Chris Pine in it, his character was terrible and his jokes flatter than a pancake and Michelle Rodriguez's acting/accent felt really jarring and out of place.

I felt it was quite apt. It felt like how a in person dnd campaign goes. I like it was rough around the edges.

A couple of my dnd campaigns have been more childish than that with much worse "jokes"

12A is essentially a PG but with parents discretion whether its suitable for their kids or not.

My 8 year old was absolutely fine watching it for example. They found the dark lands scene in Mario more scary than anything the D&D movie contained.

Watched this last night wasn’t awful, no cringe moments etc.

It was dull and had no charm which films like this need in bundles.
