First time doing shoulders for a while. I don't really cane shoulders due to issues I have so it's nothing special:

Seated DB press

20kg x 8, 8, 8

Lateral raises
8kg x 12, 12, 12

Rear raises
6kg x 12, 12, 12

Prone Ys
4kg x 8, 6

face pull
15kg x 12, 12, 12
17.5kg x 12
20kg x 9
 
Back session today... RHS lower back/side still sore.

Straight arm pulldown
27.5kg x 12, 10, 8

1 arm DB row
30kg x 8
42kg x 8, 8, 8
form slipped a bit towards the end, so will keep these at same weight next week

plate loaded machine pulldown
50kg x 8
80kg x 8
100kg x 8, 8, 7

plate loaded machine row
40kg x 8
60kg x 8
95kg x 8, 8, 8
ROM got a bit short at the end so same weight next week

some other kind of plate loaded machine row
40kg x 8, 8, 8 with three second hold at top

BB curl
35kg x 8, 7, 5

pinwheel curls
15kg x 11, 11, 10

My side is a bit more sore now :(

lol... waiting til this back thing is sorted. There will be no front squats ths week either.

It was sitting there loaded up and I considered it but then thought better of it.
