Is there any comparisons between the release and the newest patch, performance wise? I've heard that thet patch literally improved the game by 4-5 FPS...
msi afterburner?
Thanks. I've ordered another 4GB to take me up to 12GB. Not just because of Dyling Light but I also saw Lords of the Fallen was using a ton of ram, and I get the feeling this might become common with ps4/xbone ports.Going from 8 to 16GB, prior to the patch, made those disappear in my case. Still some some minor 1 second freeze at time when a zombie bites me or the scene goes to a conversation with an NPC and during gameplay just once in a while - nothing severe like that.
Played this yesterday at 1440p144hz, with gsync and 980SLI.
Game is a stuttery mess.
I get over 100fps most of the time but there is still stutter. And, the chromatic aberration is horrible. Actually puts me off the game entirely and isn't there in the PS4 version.
I tried some comparative screenshots. http://imgur.com/a/w9s72
Those trees in the distance are crap, the water is flat, and chromatic aberration is making my eyes hurt. I can't play this game due to the aberration and forced blur.
Got an Anti Virus system running in the background or anything?
I don't seem to have had any problems yet on 980 Sli
Running on a 120hz Asus VG278
Carl, you have low standards.
30FPS, playable!!!??
Lower your view distance to none, you wont notice anything ingame but helps with a boost in performance.
