Dying Light - PC next gen zombie open world game?

Really like this so far lol nighttime is no joke

Hi, couple of Q's

1. Are the zombies spawning outside your view or is there a fixed amount in an
area if you clear em out they are gone?

2. How hard in hardest difficulty?

There always seems to be zombies about when I'm out doing stuff so they must spawn somewhere and there didn't seem to be a difficulty setting.
 
Ran into a problem today that I haven't come across before.

Exited the game and my 290 fan starts going mad, ridiculously loud while just on desktop. I open up AB to look what's goin on. Sensors are reporting the cards at 35℃ and the fan on 25% which it clearly isn't. I play with the slider to decrease fan speed but it's doing nothing.

Any ideas??

No idea but it's happened with me before. Exited bf4 a few weeks back and the fan was still going and the temp was still up. Wouldn't worry about it too much. Pretty sure it's a one off.
 
I think it has something to do with the recent driver update, I had to revert back to the last one. I to had the loud fans on the desktop but it was after exiting h1z1, sometimes it would even crash with weird graphics. Reverted back to last driver and has been fine since.
 
Co-op is where this game is at.

We spent ages last night just free running and hitting zombies with table legs, it's worth it for that alone. Some of the animations are hilarious. :D
 
Not sure about coop yet that will be tonight, but i have to say you are right some of the epic whacks on zombies with melee is so satisfying!

Trust me, it's a barrel of laughs. :)

Isn't this game requiring 50% view distance for decent fps?

Even with 50% VD, it is a stuttery mess for me.

According to TB's breakdown, view distance seems to be make little to no visual/play difference to the game but has a major impact on performance.

Also, loads of AMD owners feeling performance pain. Who'd have thought it from an NV branded title... :( That said, even SLI appears to be borked on this. Plus, CPU load across cores (or lack there of) seems to be bottlenecking GPUs too.
 
Hi guys I am stuck already ! I have just armed the 2 car traps at the beginning and it says arm more traps , head to a train yard but the traps are at the top of poles with no way to climb them , can anyone help ?
