Dying Light - PC next gen zombie open world game?

Im getting anywhere from 60 to 70+, nigh on constantly.

Just had my first play in the hammering rain, and it runs even better, was 78-90+ :D

Most games run at around that, I get 60-70 FPS on Battlefield 4 constantly just this game runs poorly for me!

Hopefully a patch in the near future will sort that out though :)

I'm hoping for a patch soon too. I'm getting around 30-40fps using one R9 290 card, I have tri-fire but running with more than one just gives me a juddery mess to look at.
Its still very playable though, really enjoying it so far @ 12% in

Come out of the tower and head towards the fishing village south east, There should be a shack before you get to the village by a cliff that you can go in that has a guy who has shot himself and the gun is lying on the floor
 
TLDR

What's the general verdict here? It looks awesome and me and a few friends are having a 3 day LAN coming up this week. Should we?
 
Just played for a few hours, seems to be a good game (I tend to hate games that rely on movement because it's always so glitchy, slow and scripted) even though it's rough around the edges.

I'm getting memory errors though causing crashes which means this game won't be getting played till they're fixed. Shame.
 
Are you sure it's not your system? Runs really well on mine - i5 & GTX970 with no errors and every patch released has improved performance. They are also releasing patches quite quickly as well.
 
Well this is very odd, ive just dusted my PC out, and now this is running poor, im getting 45-58+ regularly now, where last night, i was 60-70+ nigh on constant :confused:

Yeah have tried that off but as shown in that video if you start running the edges of the screen blur - similar to the effect used in the need for speed games and horrible!!
