Dying Light - PC next gen zombie open world game?

I've done 35hrs, finished all the side missions and done majority of the challenges and I'm about 70% through on the story, although I think there is only 1 or 2 missions left but its a decent amount of game time compared to the majority of games these days. I spent a fair amount of time just killing zombies in co-op.

My HIS 7950 would get 50-60 FPS solid on this game at 1080P, it's pretty well optimised. 980 maxes everything out and keeps a solid 120FPS though :D

How are you getting this? With SLI enabled I'm getting bad utilisation and 70fps. If I force single card I can get the GPU to run in the 90's as far as utilisation goes, but the fps is still in the 70s.

As it stands I am better to force single card and get the same fps without the micro-stutter.

What cards are you running?

I'm running 2x GTX Titans and had it capped at 85fps! If I uncap, I get 120+ which is amazing but unnecessary!

I'm running 2 980's. I've got it capped at 143 because my screen refresh is 144. Obviously the cap is unnecessary with the current performances. I've took the cap off to rule out some sort of incompatibility but it makes no difference. I also set the graphics options to lowest settings, but it's still the same.

Actually, I'll need to check and see if Gsync is the culprit.

Games runs super fine for me on a single 970. Only issue I have is crashing.

It crashed on my yesterday just as I chopped a zombies head off. (Dying Light has stopped responding)

Dying Light should be what Fallout 4 should aspire to be.

Anyone watched the hercules film starring dwayne Johnson(the rock) I watched it last night and where they get ambushed near the beginning when he starts to build his army those that ambush them really sound like the zombies in this its got me wanting to play again now lolafter ive not played for a while has there been any major updates or anything?

Had my first night experience with the angry zombies (whatever they're called) it was scary :( Going to work on power levelling today.

haha the volatiles! My first experience with them I completely **** myself and ended up missing the door to the safe house because I was running so blindly lol!

I try and play with them now but still get that feeling inside of "oh my god RUN" when I see them!

Hiya. Hows the game in terms of issues and bugs? Does it have any noticeable issues with sli setups?

Never had an issue with SLI at all - runs well for me and the utilisation over both cards in pretty consistent.

I'll fire it up tonight String and check, I was playing it last night but hadn't seen your post.

Just got onto the mission where I need to break into the school and steal some Antizin. Can this be done without a gun? My weapons don't seem to have any effect against the thugs. I then run out of med kits and die.
