Dying Light - PC next gen zombie open world game?

Just recently got this and really enjoying it!

I'm a bit stumped though? I fought the domilsher and my stash was taken, I got my stash back but I seem to be missing all my blue prints? I have just begun at the part where I am fighting in the city as apposed to the slums.

I'm finding it much harder now as I can't craft any med kits, grenades etc.... Is this the same for everyone? I've also not got my grappling gun yet, should I have this by now?

Thanks

Doesn't matter if I drop all settings to low it is still around 40-55fps, the reason is it isn't optimized for the CPU, first core is always 100% then the others are always under 50% :(

No problems here at all with my 3570k @ 4.2ghz and a 780. I only run 1920x1200 though but all maxed settings expect film grain.

This is one of the first games I have struggled to get 60fps constantly with on my R9 290 @1440p, it does look decent but I do think it is a fairly poor port.

It's down to poor AMD software just switched to Nvidia and the now flys max detail, view distance, Nvidia effects and all in 1440p super sampled up to 4k;)

Optimisation doesn't seem to be to great on the green side either. At first I thought it was SLI issues as fps was dropping from over 100 to under 60 just by swinging camera around and one card would be at 80% and the other 60. So, I forced single card but it still acts similar. Low frame rate on single card with maybe 65% utilisation.

Any ideas?

It's not a port at all. I wish people would get out of the awful habit of thinking any bugs are because "poor port". It doesn't work like that.

Take it that's the non x Doogles? , I play it at max settings @ 1440p(NV bits off) fine but mines the 290x

Its a pile of crap in *nix though

I agree, this game is optimised very very well and it seems to get better and better with every patch released.

The developers hit the nail on the head with this one, outstanding.

Since restarting from the beginning I have sunk 15 hours into the game and I'm only 14% through the story. I have just been playing side missions and exploring which has been epic fun.

The only parts I find a bit boring are collecting herbs, although its nice to visit some of the outskirts of the map as the visuals are outstanding, and there are no zombies about so its quite tranquil :) Even at night
