Just noticed that you can now pre-order the 6320 & 6420 CPU's and they are cheaper than the 6300 & 6400 respectivley. Obviously I can' say where they are but this is exactly what i have been waiting for.

E6420 and an Asus P5B Deluxe/Wifi - with 2GB of Corsair XMS2 PC6400 4-4-4-12, for under £350 inc. VAT :D

Question however are the new chips just a lower multiplier conroe or do they have a new stepping out etc?

Hoping to get at least 3.2GHz using a Sythe Ninja+ and zero noise.

Anyone else gonna order these?

Good guess but you're wrong :p

I am just happy to see that these are gonna be available on the official launch day and not weeks afterwards.

Oh and I am gonna stick with that board unless anyone on here know of a better board with same features, stability and OC headroom for the same or less money?

Looking about it seems weeks.
From an American website:

Texas -1 475 04-16-2007
Tennessee 0 300 04-09-2007
Illinois -2 2450 04-09-2007

They're expecting stock on Monday, prolly optimistic though. Pre-ordered one from the source of the OPs post for kicks :D

Aaa I see:

CPU Freq. FSB L2
E6850 3 GHz 1333 MHz 4MB
E6800 2.93 GHz 1066 MHz 4MB
E6750 2.66 GHz 1333 MHz 4MB
E6650 2.33 GHz 1333 MHz 4MB

The higher ones are 1333 :D

Might be a nice chip to buy if they clock well, I would need to get some new mem to clock them  :D

Does that mean that the 4400 have a 10x multiplier? I was going to get a 4300 at the end of the month, but if the 4400's have a 10x multiplier, as opposed to the 9x that the 4300 has, then i'll wait a bit for the 4400

That's bloody brilliant, i'm so getting one. The motherboard I have is the Asrock 4coreDual-VSTA, which has an upper threshold of 300Mhz FSB, so i was looking forward to getting the CPU up to ~2.7Ghz, but with the 4400 i can get to 3Ghz....excellent!

After a bit of googling, I found THIS REVIEW which looks at the new processors - 6320,6420 and 4400. It's a pretty decent read, and the link goes directly to page 11 of the articles - the overclocking review. It is only 1 of each model, but their tests show you can get the 6320 and 4400 to pretty much the same clock speeds - only real difference being the L2 Cache.
