Hardily a surprise they win again. Especially given that statement there was going to be a large bandwagon vote.
Now, that aside they deserve ranking in that list still, the name is a bit of a misnomer, it's not really about who is truly the worst company. It's not about who's the most morally reprehensible, who's most likely to be in league with the devil, who caused the biggest damage to the economy or indeed even the planet, it, like the site itself is about the relationship between company and consumer (seemingly even EA themselves missed the point of this last year when their only defence after winning was essentially "We're worse than the guys who polluted the east coast with an oil spill? Ok whatever, neckbeards").
In that scope EA still deserve high ranking, if not the winning spot because while there are any number of companies that are lacking in their customers relations very few companies are as actively hostile or hold their own customers in such open contempt as EA show themselves to.
