He can also try out UFL Football and eFootball for free, if it's not to his liking.
Ha, if PES still existed in its old form, he'd be playing that! eFootball is horrendous. I'm more worried about him getting sucked into the packs addiction and Ultimate Team.
I just watched a gameplay vid of UFL, doesn't look too bad actually! Hopefully a worth competitor in the space.

Yeah if I had a child, they'd get packs during black friday or toty release week only (higher odds for something good) otherwise no chance. I hear about peoples kids begging for Fortnite Cosmetics at work
so probably nothing you can do once it's just his parents left with the consequences. I've always got suckered in to spending at least £120 a year on the packs only to abandon the game

This is my 9 yr olds second FIFA game and he’s not asked for any money to buy packs, although I have shown him the teams you can build by just grinding the game. He’s taken major resentment to spending money on packs and slates any opposition he plays who have ridiculous teams

I opened it when on a work call not fully paying attention, I was like ST, hmmm, Portugal, ahh thats Rui Costa, hang on he's a CAM it can't be Eusebio can it?!
When I did the glitch thing I opened with coins got pirlo, then compensated with a van basten. They no what they’re doing
