Discovered this man recently, hes class.

And the more widespread mainstream song he's done:

Little bird and cold coffee are particular delights.

Yeah he is great to watch live, saw him a while ago not knowing what to expect...and I guess on first impressions I was a little bit concerned! Haha...however he won most people over.

Reminds me of the first time I saw Brett Dennan, I had the same dodgy first impressions, that were quickly evacuated!

Aye check his site for that, canna grumble.

Like his take on Jamie Woon's tune, he's another one to check as well, cracking singer.

Soooooo, what's everybody's opinion of him now?

As I understand the venue owners told the promoters that they would not host them unless they got rid of Macklemore.
So promoters got rid of Macklemore.

Ed does not own those venues, you either play be their rules or play somewhere else.

Every single one of his supporting acts and his own long term backing band disagree.

What happened to musicians being rebellious? Everything is so sanitised and corperate now.

What Macklemore said wasn't controversial (at least in the under 50's age group) except to certain billionaires.

Ed Sheeran had the power here to lay down an ultimatum and the owners would have folded as everybody would have lost money.

Instead Sheeran shows he has no spine both-siding it when he literally played at Robert Kraft's wedding, a frequent Epstein associate.
