Eid Mubarak to all the muslims who have been fasting over Ramadhan.

I was out for a meal at my favourite Indian restaurant and one of the waiters said he was almost climbing the walls as this Ramadan was a very long one.

I admire the willpower personally.

Thank god at last! I was begining to feel sorry for the guys from pakistan at work! Poor lads havng to put up with us scoffing our food at our desks wilst they had to fast!

Eid is calculated on the sighting of the moon (new lunar month). In the muslim world it's dark and the moon has been sighted. It's still daylight here.

I noticed it was Eid on my bus ride to work today, A few Asian woman had the henna patterns on their hands and fore arms.

Eid Mubarak to all, Muslims, Christians, and Atheists. (As weird as that is, it's a time of enjoyment let us all, of all denominations rejoice)

It was tough!

Training was difficult to stick to. I was hitting the 5x5 programme and I failed my squats for the first time @ 132.5KG. After that set back I decided to drop the 5x5 routine and just take it easy. I've been hitting the gym 1-2 times a week and just reaping the benefits of Ramadhan. I experimented a bit with keto and I've dropped noticeable body fat. Lost about 10lb.

Well, you learn something new every day, didn't know ramadan was dictated by the moons cycle

well hope everyone had a good one, if I'd known sooner I'd have said so to my muslim workmate, willpower of gods, and the nicest guy in the world hehe
